Payout Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · How and when affiliate commissions are paid

1. Tracking

Every referred sale appears in your dashboard immediately with a status: Pending → Eligible → Paid (or Refunded). You can see exactly where each commission stands at any time.

2. Clearance Hold

Each commission has a 30-day clearance hold from the customer's payment date — matching each product's refund window so the math always favours the affiliate. During the hold, a refund silently voids the commission with zero impact to your existing balance.

3. Payout Schedule

Payouts run on the last business day of every month — the same date for every affiliate. A commission is included in that month's payout if it has cleared its hold by the 25th of the month. Anything clearing on or after the 26th rolls into the next month's batch. This predictable, batched approach lets us pay every affiliate on the same day, every month, with no individual back-and-forth.

4. Minimum Balance

A minimum eligible balance of $25 USD is required for a payout to be issued. Balances below $25 roll forward indefinitely until the threshold is met.

5. Payout Method

Two methods, both live today: • Stripe Connect — automatic transfers. Connect your Stripe account in Settings; eligible commissions land in your Stripe Express account on the monthly payout date. • Wise — save your Wise email and preferred currency in Settings; we send the transfer manually on the same monthly date. Whichever method you choose, the cutoff and payout dates are identical. PayPal is not currently supported.

6. Refund Clawback

If a referred customer refunds during the 30-day clearance hold, the commission is silently removed before it ever reaches your eligible balance. If a refund happens after a commission has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next pending balance (it can carry forward as a negative balance until offset by new earnings). Your dashboard always displays your pending balance net of any clawback so there are no surprises at payout time.

7. Commission Duration

For subscription products, you earn commission on the initial sale and on all recurring renewals for up to 12 months from the date of the initial purchase. After 12 months, renewals from that customer no longer generate commissions. This is the standard SaaS affiliate model.

8. Inactivity & Forfeiture

Existing inactivity rules continue to apply: new affiliates must generate at least one confirmed sale within 90 days, and existing affiliates must have at least one confirmed sale in any rolling 12-month period. Unpaid balances below the $25 minimum at the time of deactivation are forfeited.
