Beast Creative operates an affiliate program that allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to Beast Creative products. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these Terms in full.
All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by Beast Creative. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Beast Creative reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any affiliate account at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
The default commission rate is 40% of the net sale amount (after any applicable taxes or fees). Beast Creative may assign a custom commission rate to individual affiliates, which supersedes the default rate. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice. For subscription products, commissions are earned on the initial sale and on all subsequent recurring payments for up to 12 months from the date of the initial sale. After the 12-month period, recurring payments from the referred customer no longer generate commissions.
All commissions are subject to a 14-day clearance hold from the customer's payment date (or 30 days for products sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee). Commissions become eligible for payout only after the hold period has elapsed. This policy exists to protect against fraudulent activity and refund abuse.
If a referred customer receives a refund during the clearance hold period, the associated commission is automatically voided and your balance is unaffected. If a commission has already been paid out and the customer subsequently refunds, the voided commission amount is deducted from the affiliate's next pending balance (this can carry forward as a negative balance until offset by new earnings). The affiliate dashboard always displays pending balance net of any clawbacks. Beast Creative reserves the right to request direct repayment in the event of a sustained negative balance.
Affiliates whose referred sales result in a refund rate of 20% or higher may be subject to commission review, payout withholding, or account suspension. Beast Creative will investigate unusual refund patterns and may take action at its discretion.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions: • Self-referrals: Purchasing Beast Creative products using your own referral link • Fraudulent traffic: Using bots, click farms, or any artificial means to generate clicks or conversions • Misleading promotion: Misrepresenting Beast Creative products, pricing, or features • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages containing your referral link • Cookie stuffing or any other form of attribution manipulation
Payouts are batched and processed on the last business day of every calendar month — the same date for every affiliate. A commission is included in a given month's payout if it has cleared its hold period by the 25th of that month; commissions clearing on or after the 26th roll into the following month's batch. A minimum eligible balance of $25 USD is required for a payout to be issued. Balances below $25 roll forward indefinitely until the threshold is met. Manual payouts (Wise, bank transfer, or other agreed method) are currently the default — affiliates must keep valid payout details in their account Settings. Stripe Connect auto-payouts are rolling out and will follow the same monthly schedule once available. Beast Creative is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or missing payout information provided by the Affiliate. Beast Creative reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any commission payment pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy violations, or unusual activity. Withheld commissions may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, any eligible commissions (past the hold period, not subject to dispute) will be paid out within 30 days. Commissions still within the hold period at the time of termination may be forfeited if a refund occurs.
To maintain an active affiliate account, you must generate at least one confirmed order within 90 days of account approval. Accounts that do not meet this requirement will be automatically deactivated. For existing affiliates, accounts with no confirmed referrals or completed orders in any rolling 12-month period are considered inactive. Beast Creative will send warning emails at the 6-month and 9-month marks of inactivity. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be deactivated and all affiliate links disabled. Unpaid commission balances below the $25 minimum payout threshold at the time of deactivation are forfeited. Deactivated affiliates may reapply after 90 days.
Beast Creative may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By participating in the Beast Creative Affiliate Program, you consent to the collection and use of the following information for program administration: • Personal details: name and email address provided at registration • Payout information: payment method details submitted in account Settings • Referral activity: clicks, conversions, and commission records attributed to your affiliate links This data is used solely to operate the affiliate program, process payouts, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of services required to run the program (e.g. payment processors). Commission and activity records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact don@beastcreative.co.
