What's the 40% rate — and what happens September 1?
We're running a 40% intro rate on all NotionFlow products through September 1, 2026 to seed the affiliate program. After September 1, the default commission rate drops to 30%. Apply now and start referring sales before the deadline to maximize what you earn at the higher rate.
When do payouts happen?
On the last business day of every month. Commissions that clear their hold by the 25th are included; anything later rolls into the next month. Minimum balance is $25 — anything below rolls forward.
How long is the clearance hold?
14 days from the customer's payment date (matches the standard refund window). Products with extended 30-day money-back guarantees use a 30-day hold — shown on each commission in your dashboard.
Do I earn on subscription renewals?
Yes — you earn on the initial sale and every recurring renewal for up to 12 months from the date of the initial purchase. After 12 months, that customer's renewals stop generating commission. Standard SaaS affiliate model.
What happens if a customer refunds?
If the refund happens during the clearance hold, the commission silently voids before it reaches your eligible balance — no impact. If it happens after you've been paid, the amount carries forward as a clawback against your next payout. Your dashboard always shows your balance net of clawbacks.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account from your dashboard settings and we'll auto-transfer on payout day. Or set up Wise / bank details as a fallback — same monthly schedule either way.
How is tracking attributed?
90-day first-touch cookie. If the customer clicks your link, then clicks somebody else's link two weeks later, the sale is still yours as long as the purchase is within 90 days of the first click.

How long does approval take?
Usually under 24 hours. We review every application by hand to keep the program quality high.
